I made the decision recently to only practice charcoal grilling as I just think it makes the food taste better. As nobody else seemed to want my old propane stove top grill, I handed it in at the closest recycling center. With my new charcoal grill, I decided to invest in some accessories to make the experience as enjoyable as possible.
I believe that Weber makes the best charcoal grills and this is the only brand I buy for that reason, although my favorite is the Weber Smokey Joe. I actually have a Weber One Touch grill too, and there are several factors influencing which of these I use. The One Touch has a larger 22 inch cooking surface, so I tend to use that one or both grills at once if I have a larger crowd over. If it’s just my family, the Smokey Joe is perfect.
The Smokey Joe grill carrier is just what the name suggests, a compact carrying case allowing me to easily and safely take the grill anywhere, to the beach, a friend’s house or a tailgating party. It’s the ideal accessory and if I just want to pack it away and take it away for the weekend, I can do so.
Although a grill cover is something simple, it is still one of the most useful accessories that you can have and if you leave your grills outside, you have got to use a cover to protect it from the elements. My grills are always dry and ready to use, thanks to the grill covers that I bought that were designed specifically for the Weber grills.
